Color Specialists - Every one of our stylists receives advanced training in hair color, specialized techniques and color correction services. Our stylists our known throughout the county for their color skill, and we work extensively with fashion colors like blues, greens, purples and pinks. These colors are especially challenging, but a quick glance through our galleries will show how skilled our colorists are at mastering them. And we excel equally at beautiful natural colors! Our owners, John and Katrina, are Farouk Chi Educators and provide ample in-house color education to all of our stylists. And of course our stylists regularly attend trainings outside of the salon to stay at the top of their field!
Clean, Sanitary, and Well Lit - Of course we'd like to believe that every salon is always clean and sanitary, but that's not always the case. You how it goes: it's kind of dingy and dim in there, and did she just double dip that wax applicator? Not so here. We have over 85 square feet of shop front window space for natural light, and beautiful daylight spectrum fluorescent lights at night. You can see every inch of our salon, and you can be sure it is always clean! We are committed to meeting and exceeding all State Board guidelines for sanitary operation. Nothing that has touched another client's skin will ever touch yours without being sanitized, and nothing is ever double dipped - nothing.
Customer Service - One of our core beliefs is "be nice to everyone", and we take that very seriously! We believe our customer service is second to none. From the moment you enter the door, you are our special guest and will be treated as such. We run occasional specials for new customers so that they can see how different we are at a special discount! And we don't forget our loyal customers, either! Complimentary Beverages - We want you to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate while you visit the salon. In that light, we have an extensive collection of complimentary beverages for our special guests. Hot beverages include coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot apple cider. Cold beverages include wine, bottled water, and an assortment of soft drinks (like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Orange Crush, Mug Root Beer and Wild Cherry Pepsi). We also offer seasonal beverages like Lemonade and Iced Tea in the summer, and a Hot Chocolate Bar during those cold winter months. We carry a wide variety of flavored coffees and teas, as well as flavored creamers, so that you can concoct your perfect drink!
